I have small itchy stinging bug bites and itchy stinging eyes. I know its not an ant or spider bite. I live in florida. What could've bitten me?

If the lesions are : Only on the eye lids - i would be doubtful that they were bedbugs. Bites are usually in areas that are exposed while sleeping-arms, shoulders, neck & legs. I can only describe bed bug bites in general (not specific to eye area). Bed bug bites may cause no sx's/signs in some except for 2 small points where skin was punctured by bedbug. In az, bug bites ended up as worms/larvae moving thru skin. Family pulling them from skin, nose, etc. Mom had dozens in eye. Doc stumped. Any ideas?

You can use OTC antihistamines, such as cetirizine, fexofenadine or at night diphenhydramine. You can apply cold compresses, and then a "cocktail" of Sarna with pramoxime (good anti-itch lotion) with hydrocortisone 1% 2-4 times daily.
