Does small traces of bubbles constitute 'bubbly urine' or does this refer to only urine with large clusters of bubble?

Not that i know of: foamy or bubbly urine is not abnormal, and depends to some extent on the force of your stream and distance to the toilet water. There is some association with higher urine protein levels and more foamy urine, so it may be worthwhile to just have a urinalysis looking for protein.
