Not that i know of: foamy or bubbly urine is not abnormal, and depends to some extent on the force of your stream and distance to the toilet water. There is some association with higher urine protein levels and more foamy urine, so it may be worthwhile to just have a urinalysis looking for protein. If you are diabetic or hypertensive, might ask your doctor to check urine microglobulin. I wouldnt lose sleep over it. ...Read more

Check 24h urine prot: "bubbly urine" usually indicates protein in the urine but not always. Sometimes just the force of the urinary stream can create "bubbles" in the toilet bowl.
