No: Endocarditis usually cause fever and sweating, hematuria which u don't have. Echocardiogram did not reveal any valvular infection so endocarditis was ruled out. It raised the suspicion of a fistula. Not sure what fistula. Cta usually can show the fistula. ...Read more
