Are veggie sausages containing soya protein isolate n soya protein bad to eat say if u had 4 would that be too much soya. Also chocolate in one day?
A few thoughts: First, everything in moderation. Soy/textured vegetable protein (TVP) is a good product with a lot of protein/low cost. But TVP is highly manufactured and subjected to high heat etc in processing. TVP causes GI side effects in some people and is reported to mimic estrogen effects in women. Most also contains MSG.
