My dentist here told me that brushing tongue can be harmful for the taste buds, given that's true. How should I clean my tongue?
Hmmmm...NO: Sure I guess if some is uber crazy on brushing the tongue that it may be harmful but the tongue is very resilient & tough. Some like brushing, some like scraping but I say use what you like but just be gentle. Common: White buildup on tongue might be plaque similar to what we form on teeth. Only a dentist can tell you that for sure after examining you.
