See dentist or ent: Could very well be stained papilla, but if its actually bruising or discoloration of the tongue, it may be a early sign of some underlying systemic condition. Could be benign, but could also be serious. Conditions usually present themselves in the oral cavity early in the progression and can be treated accordingly. Would seek professional eval.See 2 more doctor answers
Random bruises haven't bumped into anything painless ulcers under tongue that clear them come back could this be hiv possible exposure 2 years ago?
HIV concerns: Random bruising is generally NOT a sign of HIV. As far as the ulcers - likely aphthous ulcers - caused by a virus - but NOT HIV. Any ongoing risk factors for HIV?? - if your exposure was 2 years ago - I would expect other symptoms. Best suggestion - get an HIV test done - simple, relatively painless and will put your mind at ease.

I was with an woman. We only kissed but during kissing she bite my lip and tongue. After I noticed a bruise in the place she bit me. Should I be worried to get HIV infection?
If she has HIV!: Sounds a bit irresponsible to have someone give you a penetrating bite. Is she HIV positive? I'd you do not know, you should not permit the behavior! Hep b and c are possibilities as well. The only way of knowing is to be tested. I doubt your bighter will be!See 2 more doctor answers

Write it down: You can prepare for a visit by writing down any symptom or set of symptoms/findings in an organized way. Include when they started, any things that you think alter the intensity, anything you have done that helped. Make up a comprehensive list, review it to make sure you have it all. Have a trusted friend readmit to see if it is clear and concise.Hand it to the nurse or tech before the visit.

Dog bite: Although it sounds like the dog didn't intentionally bite you, did the dog's teeth puncture the skin? Are the little red dots in the pattern of the dog's teeth? I suggest you consult a clinician and get examined. It has been a week since the incident so the likelihood of a serious infection is lower, but the only way to tell what the red dots are is to look at them. Have a doc examine you.
