I slipped on stairs i land very hard on the top left of my butt cheek. It was a massive hard bruise. Bruise is gone but still a hard mass remains why?

Two events: You injured the gluteal muscles by landing on them -and- you broke blood vessels in area causing bruise. The bruise has been mopped up / reabsorbed by your body, but the muscle injury is still under repair. Iron Defici. Anemia: The symptoms you describe are typical of those associated with iron deficiency anemia. Uterine fibroids and heavy flow menses may lead to blood loss and iron depletion. The beet kvass would not do harm but it will not correct the problem. You need to visit your ob-gyn for a consultation and treatment. In the meantime eat food rich in iron such as beef, beans, lentils, dark leafy greens, artichokes. ...Read more

Whoever told you to use this was ignorant of medical science. Whoever sells this should be ashamed of himself, but, of course, con-men have no conscience. See a GYN and stop fooling around. Instead of tranexamic acid you should treat the fibroids. ...Read more
