Not the cause: Very insightful question. Pain in CPPS is believed to result primarily from pelvic muscle tenstion, which you seem to know. Physical conditioning of pelvic floor muscles probably doesn't increase such tesnsion. If anything probably would reduce pain in CPPS, not increase it. Keep working with your doctor. Sounds awful: That sounds like a nasty toe laceration, and if infected it should be looked at by a primary care or urgent care Dr. who will see if it needs to be drained or consider antibiotics.
