Repetitive motion might put pressure on some joints and bones over time and cause pain, as well as the sudden relief of the action. The muscles may need relief. You tear: Muscle when you lift weights. Not sure how much weight you are squatting. But I would rest that part of your leg workout for awhile. Ice the area if having a lot of pain. 20 min on. No ice rest of the hour. If you start bruising after all workouts. See your doctor for full work up. This may have been isolated incident. ...Read more

Exercise related: You worked out. Then you noted pain in hamstrings. This most likely represents sore muscles from the workout. If you are otherwise healthy and 18 years old? I would stretch the area of soreness. You note no pain at rest no swelling... Thus unlikely a blood clot.
