Doctor insights on:
Tiny white bumps on perineum and lots of redness on perineum/anus, anus looks bruised and blue. Constipated, hurts to poop. What could this be?
Do not sqeezed: Do not squeezed the tiny pumps, if you already did, that could explain the bruises and the redness. The tiny pumps are a oil gland cysts best to leave them alone, otherwise they becomes infected if they were squeezed. If you did not, constipation will not cause the redness, and the bruising, unless you had anal sex or a rough sex. If you did not do neither go and see a doctor, please.
Redness and some white bumps between perineum (female) and anus, no itch or burn. Constipated, hurts to poop. Red skin around anus, anus looks bruised?
More info; get check: Any anorectal coitus? Possible irritation or even early herpes infection. Any constipation or hemorrhoid history? That could be a factor. Any recent yeast discharge with vsginal symptoms as well. An in-person exam sounds warranted, especially STD is a possibility. Hope that helps.
Hemorrhoids: Yes, you could be bruised but you would hopefully remember trauma prior to bruising. Hemorrhoids are often described as purplish in color. Check out http://goo. Gl/KoW8xo for more info. However, 21yo seems kinda young for hemorrhoids so it's best that you see your FamilyDoc for evaluation. There's no need to be embarrassed as we've seen everything. Besides, we're here to help, not judge. Good luck!
I've been having this bad pain in my back on my right side near my anus, but its not bruised. Its not close to my anus, but just a little bit?
Possible abscess: If it has only been going on for a few days and is getting worse, then it could be a perirectal abscess which need to be drained by a physician. If it's lasted more than a week it has another cause, the list of which is long. Hope this helps.
Need check up: Pl schedule a visit to your doctor or go to urgent care to get the area checked out to see if there is bleeding from anus, which may mean something or only from local outside skin, which could be from pressure sore etc
Itchy area at top of anus. Have been exercising a lot frequently. Two weeks ago about 2 inches at top of butt crack appeared bruised. Still there?
For over 5 years I've been experiencing severe bruising pain in my rectum/anus at night. I've googled it and proctalgia fugax comes up. Please advise.
Need exam: There are many things that can cause rectal pain. It would be a good idea to see your doctor and get a rectal exam. Proctalgia fugax has to do with muscle spasms in the pelvic muscles, but you need to make sure that there is nothing more serious going on.
I'm feeling a bit constipated lately and when I push the area around my anus is purple like a bruise or something? Could it be hemmriods, I'm only 22.

I've been a bit constipated in the last week or so, I've had pain that's been similar to period pains and bruising on my anus. What could it be?
Constipation: Measures such as increasing water intake, fiber, walking, and using stool softeners are useful. However, if the problem still persists, talk with your doctor
During sex yest. The penis slipped out and rammed in between my vagina and anus and it is now bruised in that area. Should I be worried? Please answer
The safest thing is: To see your gyn for an exam, as long as the bruise is not enlarging or pain getting worse most likely will heal, I also rec you getting your clotting factors checking as that usually should cause a bruise from that.
Had a sexual intercourse. I didn't penetrated into his anus. However I did ejaculate outside of his anus and I have bruise the next day. Sign of hiv?
Redness and burning from perineum (female) to anus. Constipated, always have to strain poop. Anus looks like it's bruised. Hemorrhoid?
Probably: Can try some hemorrhoid cream for now, but ou should go to your primary care provider to get it looked at to be sure. Ok to get in within the next week or two unless symptoms are more severe. Hope this helps!
I have this small tender bump (pea sized) right by my anus. It seems like a small sack of fluid. It doesn't hurt at all. Can this be something serious?
Hemorrhoid???: It could be a hemorrhoid but you should have a doctor examine it to make the diagnosis.
Hemorrhoid: It is a hemorrhoid. Yes.Get a more detailed answer ›
I have a small purplish soft lump on the anus, it causes no discomfort nor is it hard or painful or tender?
Most likely.: You've probably got a hemorrhoid that you can see. Although there are other explanations and ideally you want to have a doctor take a look to make sure that's all it is. Best to you!
Very hard to say: Without examining you it is very hard to say what this is, but a short list would include an external hemorrhoid (most likely since this is painful), a skin tag, or if you've had vaginal deliveries with any tearing this could be a keloid (inflammatory scar) from a vaginal laceration repair.See 1 more doctor answer
I had a question about a mass between the anus and vaginal canal, which is hard and tender to the touch..
Mass: This is a very odd position for a mass that is tender. Could be inflammatory, cystic, lymph node, traumatic - please have this evaluated.
