I have a bruise and it has got alot darker it hurts n spots its on my leg below the knee on the side it looks like someone bit me but no I haven?

Infection?: Red hot swollen spots make me think of infection, perhaps abscess or folliculitis, or sebaceous cysts. Abscesses don't usually go away by themselves but rather need to be drained. Folliculitis might come & go but not usually 4" in diameter (that's huge!). Not common to have several sebaceous cysts in one area. Go see your family doc for evaluation, testing & treatment. There's been a few times where I've noticed several dark bluish spots on the lower half of both legs that look like bruises but I haven't inured them.
There's a condition: Called Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP) that can cause bumps & bruises on the shins from leaking of tiny blood vessels called capillaries. Usually the leaking is confined to the skin & goes away own its own. What you described is not worrisome, however it is worth watching, i.e, keep an eye on such lesions to see if more are developing. At your next visit to your doctor you should ask her/him to look at the lesions, if any are present at the time. For good health — Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
