My adivse is to: Get a home pregnancy test and go from there. You sound like you could be pregnant assuming your sexually active, which I assume you are or wouldn't be asking :-) If your worried about family and friends, share with those you trust. I understand why...: ...your doctor referred u to an endocrinologist. Many of your symptoms are consistent with Cushing Disease caused by overproduction of ACTH in the pituitary gland. But your low normal ACTH & normal DST suggest otherwise. Cushing's syndrome can also be caused by prolonged use of corticosteroids or a primary tumor of the adrenal gland, A good endocrinologist can figure this out! Best wishes! ...Read more

Not necessarily : Although you can have lower abdominal pain around ovulation you don't usually have urinary problems. You should see your doctor to rule out an infection or another problem that may be causing your discomfort. ...Read more
