Probably not: So long as you still have normal functioning of your hand and normal sensation (when not pressing on it) you should be fine. The wrist has a lot of structures in it and limited space. The nerves are like wires and can carry signals in both directions. Your bruise is likely close to a nerve and it gets pushed on when you push on the bruise. ...Read more
