Tennis elbow?: Might be inflammation at the origin site of the extensor tendons on the lateral epicondyle of the elbow. Ultrasound and xray would be normal; an MRI would likely show some edema/swelling there in the form of increased t2 signal, but this expensive test may not be necessary. Needs evaluation: B12 is not toxic so high B12 due to taking it is not bad. If someone has high B12 without taking it then it can be a sign of serious problems including liver & kidney disease, myelproliferative disorders including leukemia & polycythemia vera & hypereosinophilic syndrome.
