Mgt: I would suggest screening for chronic infection, immune disorders, including malignancy. These are potentially serious symptoms, and a follow up appointment with your PCP is indicated. By CT??: Confused about how you know you had bleeding on your frontal lobe? By ct? If so, why did you get the ct if no head trauma? Really hard to answer this question without more info. Good luck! ...Read more

If it never comes back, it could be myriad things *but it went away*, so likely it will never bother you again.
