Hemangioma?: You don't say how old your daughter is. If she is an infant, she may be developing one of the many types of hemangiomas, which are collections of blood vessels under the skin. Unrelated to tap: spinal tap 1 year ago can cause a bruise now. If bruise was not caused by a known injury then it may be an underlying blood disease that needs to be investigated by a hematologist. some times steroids or Aspirin or anti platelet medications can do so. ...Read more
