Injust stress: Sorry you are suffering. It could be "just stress" or it could be something medical/dental. Mine was fixed with a root canal! but this problem is like quitting smoking--you need to find what works for you. Yoga? Meditation? Situps? Change your pillow? Change your job? Change your shrink?
