Baby vomiting: At one month of age your baby may have pyloric stenosis the blood you see may be due to his wrenching. The brwn residue maybe old blood. Swallow glass: If you swallowed glass the day before and now develop abdominal pain and vomiting with blood, you need to go to the hospital for further work up. You will likely need blood work to see how much blood you lost, abdominal/pelvic ct to make sure there is no perforation, gastroenterology consult for possible endoscopy to determine bleeding source and possible removal of the glass if retrievable. ...Read more

Needs an endoscopy: She certainly could be having an UGI bleed. The only real way to tell and to treat it is by an endoscopy. Her doctor should refer her to a gastroenterologist for it. ...Read more
