Infection: This could be caused by a cervical or vaginal infection. The most common vaginal infection is bacterial vaginosis and the main symptom is an odor. In this case the peroxidase positive lactobacillus which are the most common bacteria in the vagina get killed off, the pH rises and anaerobic bacteria over grow. At your age (19) and assuming you are sexually active, for this kind of discharge I would be most concerned about an STD, especially chlamydia, gonorrhea, or maybe trichomonas.
