Bra rubbing?: Areas where a bra rubs can have some skin inflammation / irritation, after which there may be color changes. Darker spots are called post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and lighter ones are called post-inflammatory hypopigmentation. Probably benign: Small brown spots don't raise urgency to me. Without seeing them, one cannot give good advice, however. There is a good likelihood of this being a benign process, however, there are lesions of "brown" color that could be significant.
