Had small amount brown discharge similar to blood in creamy white discharge 5 or 6 dpo. Only 1 time in 1 wipe.... can this be implantation?
May be:
If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.
Practice safe sex if you have sex.

Pelvic: Pelvic pain is common especially mid-cycle (about 2 weeks after your period). The discharge may be normal but this depends on your age and time in your menstrual cycle. This could be an indication of midcycle bleeding which is not normal if you are nearing menopause (about age 50).
