OK: With endometriosis sometimes a therapy can work for a while and then not work as well. Often medicines need to be switched from time to time. Sometimes the uterus needs a break from a medicine and stopping treatment for 2 weeks then restarting will fix things. Pcos gives variable : Menstrual cycles are erratic doe to excess insulin and excess LH secretion of ovaries. 1) Menstual cycles can vary significantly. 2) Insulin levels can be controlled by metformin 3) Reduce cabs and use small portions 4) In your case 1) BCP 2) Start metformin therapy and gradually go up to 2000mg (1000 twice a day).
