Do black specs(like tiny pepper flakes) in the stool indicate blood even when the stool in a normal brown color?
Nah: Significant blood loss (more than 3-4 ounces of blood), especially from upper sources, e.g. Stomach, duodenum , small bowel, less likely from right colon, can give black, tarry stol, with a typically characteristic odor, often loose (blood is a laxative):melena (black). Entire stool would be black, not just individual spots. Likely from food, seeds. Iron pills, pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) can do also. ...Read more

See answer: Probable mucus threads. In small amounts, often normal and sometimes more or less visible depending on the pH or concentration of the urine. Infection!: Sounds like you have an infection. Either a urinary tract infection or a vaginal infection, could be both, too! You need to be seen, in case it is, and you required treatment. If you have abdominal or mid back pain, fever, vomiting, or are pregnant, go to an ER, if you cannot reach your doc quickly (within an hour if severe symptoms). ...Read more
A few tiny light brown "strings" in urine. No pain and my urine was otherwise healthy looking (pale yellow). Maybe left-over period blood?
Could be: We can not really answer without seeing what you are talking about. If you just finished your period then left over blood is certainly a reasonable guess. Constipated | Today passed a normal brown coloured stool although light red blood turned toilet water red and blood also on toilet paper when wiped
Small bleeding: Being constipated and passing a hard stool can cause minor trauma to the lining of the rectum and anus. Other causes of a small amount of blood can be from hemorrhoids. At your age, it is unlikely to be anything more significant. If you have prolonged bleeding or prolonged pain you may want to seek out a physician to perform a rectal exam or a gastroenterologist for a colonoscopy. ...Read more

Not sure what: I do not know what samole ova is. If the brown discharge was at the end of the period this is ok. If the initial discharge was brown and not normal blood then she needs an exam. It is not clear if this was her first period or if she went six months between periods. Either way, I recommend an exam. ...Read more
6 weeks pg yesterday i started having brown discharge. Urine was a bit bloody, when i wipe there's streaks of orangy red blood. Should i worry?
I'm 8 weeks late. Urine test and blood test all turned up negative. Recently, i had a little bit of brown discharge coming out. What could it be?
8 weeks late: Hard to tell what the brown discharge is. If pregnancy has effectively been ruled out, it may be that you are having so called anovulation bleeding - bleeding that occurs from the overgrowth of the lining of the uterus (endometrium). It is frequently uncontrolled and may last days or even weeks. I'd go to the doc and have a full history and physical exam to begin with. ...Read more
