Can chronic bronchitis cause body aches and nausea?

Possible: Any ongoing infection can lead to body aches and generally not feeling well. My concern is at your age why do you have chronic bronchitis? I would discuss this concern with your MD - make sure there's not another underlying condition contributing to the lung issues.

Dr. can check throat: Throat symptoms can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or other virus (antibiotics usually not used), allergies or irritants, sinusitis, stomach reflux when asleep, etc... Usually, a person sees the doctor if the throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep and review the story to see if sinusitis or reflux might be a cause). ...Read more

URI: Cough can be the main symptoms of a cold or upper respiratory infection. Are you short of breath? If not, then you can manage your symptoms at home with OTC meds like Dayquil and Nyquil. Inhalers.: Generally speaking, the beta-agonist inhalers will suppress symptoms for a few hours without eradicating the underlying medical issue, be it asthma, bronchitis, emphysema or something else. So they’re for symptom relief, not cure. Like taking a cough drop for a pneumonia. That’s why your symptoms came back so fast. You may need more intense, curative treatment prescribed. ...Read more

I have had body aches on and off for 3 weeks. Could it have anything to do with coffee?

Probably not: Obviously everything depends on extent, i may feel differently if i find out you were drinking 10 cups of coffee a day, but typically a cup or two of coffee is fairly harmless. It is unlikely to be due to coffee as well if you have been drinking it well longer than 3 weeks.
