sinus congestion and drainage . bronchial like symptoms with mild coughing . ZITHOMAX low dose seems to take it away. is this ok if other things do not work? I have been on many due to frequent inf.

Depends....: It depends on the reason for the abnormal sputum production. The best way to measure your pulmonary function is to do a pulmonary function test. This could show if there is any problem with your lung function. A high resolution CT scan can show what your lungs look like. The pharynx is a very complex area where the air you breath and everything you swallow have to cross. Pnd can get to the trachea. Several options: If you have access to medical care, then it's best consulyour doc for eval/treatment, likely an albuterol inhaler, a steroid inhaler by itself or in combo with a longer-acting albuterol-type, or even oral steroid, and possibly some cough syrup.
