How late?: I'm not sure how old the bruises are? Depending on this, arnica gel may help some. It's also helpful for swelling and soreness. It's very important to investigate the reason for your bruising, though. Were you injured? Bruising can also come from systemic bleeding problems, and arnica may not address those. ...Read more

Possibly: It could affect your inr but by this point, any effect you might see would be stable. As dr. Wright said, checking an inr wouldn't be a bad idea. Don't stop plavix!: First, check with your doctor who prescribes the plavix (clopidogrel) for you. If it is being taken for a heart stent that was placed less than a year ago, you CANNOT stop the plavix (clopidogrel) for any reason. Does taking Tarminalia Chebula, Aloe Barbadensis, Colchicum Luteum for a long time have any serious threats?
Caution re:colchicum: Term. Chebula & Aloe are quite safe. Cochicum is a potent anti-inflammatory but in high doses can cause abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea and be toxic. The danger is not so much long term use but using proper doses so I advise it only be used under the guidance of a knowledgeable practitioner.
