Yes: Facial trauma, especially to the nose can disrupt the very plentiful blood vessels that are there. They swell up and are more easily irritated for several weeks after trauma so that blood in the mucus can occur for 3 to 6 weeks afterwards. No recent cold or stuffy. Frontal sinus pain/pressure. Very tender 2 touch btween eyebrows & eyebrow bones. No signs of sinus infec just tender.
The tenderness: May be the sign, though unusual to present this way? Flonase at night may help relieve pressure on the frontal sinuses, try some pseudophed or Claritin d, if that helps it may be what that is, go in for fever and try aleve (naproxen) 2 2x per day. C5/6 to low level: To effect eyebrow. If it was C1/2/3 then you can suspect of getting headache from it but still it would not reach that high, it would effect lower part of the head.
