You should be: Seeing a foot doctor whether podiatrist or orthopedic foot and ankle doc. Are you a smoker? Do you happen to know if you have vitamin D deficiency? Have you been exercising or wearing normal shoes during the healing process? At 14 weeks that certainly is delayed healing and you need to discuss a plan with the dr taking care of you.
