Doubtful: It is doubtful, but anything is possible. You probably have some GI disorder that is most likely not cancer, but see a GI dr for an evaluation and possible scope procedure to definitively DX your condition. Best wishes. ...Read more

I am feeling very fatigued, with small bouts of diziness, i have irregular bowel movements 1-2 times per week but very little and it has yellow mucus.

Diet and exercise: You may wish to increase your intake of fiber foods. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is color less. If you are able to increase intake of fiber foods, you may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink lots of water. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. ...Read more

Additive exposure : Each ct scan is well within the safe limits of radiation exposure, but each one is additive in terms if exposure, making ct scan a poor choice for any life long routine imaging tool. In other words, the effect of radiation exposure doesn't go away over time. IF you really need serial imaging, maybe MRI is a better choice. (Note the IF part) Hope this helps! ...Read more
