Lactating breasts: could mean either pregnancy or hormonal imbalance. I would make sure to check a pregnancy test, then if negative check it again 1 week later. You do not want to have a pregnancy and not know it. If both sides normal: If it is both of them, you really have nothing to worry about. Sometimes is happens when you have frequent nipple stimulation. If it is only one side and especially if you think there is any blood, then i would get that checked asap.
