I assume u had : A mammogram, if that was normal may be form ribs, muscle, heart if on the left side etc., you may need to see a few different specialists to determine the cause. ...Read more

Fibroadenoma is beni: Fibroadenoma occurs in your females and is easy to diagnose by clinical exam and mammogram. Most fibroadenomas do not grow and can be left alone. But if it is increasing in size over 6 monthly examinations by the doctor and by your own self examination, then a biopsy and or removal may be the best choice of managing it further. Don't worry!: Cysts are common and they may come and go, or get bigger and smaller with your menstrual cycle. However, if you have a lump that is not changing with your periods, or is getting larger over time, then go back to your doctor! mammograms aren't as good in women with dense breasts, so any breast abnormalities need to be evaluated carefully by a clinical exam, imaging, and maybe biopsy. ...Read more
