Nursing: Keep nursing on that side especially, if the milk gets backed up causing milk cysts and pain you can use warm compresses and manually massage to clear that locked dust if nursing doesn't do it. Or pump that side to get better suction to get it out. Just don't stop nursing the sore side as that can lead to infection. Sounds backwords but it works.
