Probably ok: Breast pain is common, especially before your period. I would wait until after your period, and see what happens. It usually disappears. MASTALGIA: ZOLOFT (sertraline) CAN CAUSE MASTALGIA (breast pain) , MASTITIS IS BREAST INFLAMMATION. You need a full exam labs. Also mammogram and ultrasound of the area in question to define the anatomy. It can be commonly caused by Fibrocystic Breast Disease. Limit caffeine in diet. Start VIT E orally and topically. Nipple pain: Hormonal fluctuations, medication changes. weight gain and poorly fitting bras are common cause of nipple pain. Jogging or recent exercise changes can cause the nipples to rub.
