Plugged Ducts: You may have a plugged milk duct problem. Be sure and alternate your positioning as you breastfeed the baby to be sure that all portions of the breast are being adequately " drained " as the baby feeds. Lots to deal with: Hang in there! You have a lot of symptoms, and they may not be related. First I see that you are taking Benadryl. That can cause "mental fatigue" so switch to a non sedating antihistamine like allegra. #2 gallbladder removed. This can cause problems with digestion so discuss that with an internist.
