First: First of all, please be sure that your mammograms are up to date. I would recommend that you see your regular doctor, gynecologist or a breast specialist to have a complete evaluation. Of course if that is negative, then be sure that it is not your bra that may have something irritating in it, or that you haven't used new lotions/creams or laundry detergents.
