The bast would be for you to have a breast exam at your GYN doctors office or general surgeons office and they should be able to determine from your history and physical exam if there is a bored for any further tests (sonogram or mammogram) ...Read more

Hard to say.: Symptoms not likely related. Lumps in breast for male is unusual. With negative us / mmg suspect you are clear. Oily stools is unusual and if coupled by evidence of malnutrition would prompt eval for significant GI problems. Once cardiac causes of chest pressure are ruled out it is back to the GI tract to explain. Could be muscles and nerves, but seems more GI in your case. ...Read more

As we get older, our estrogen declines and while testosterone declines as well, sometimes estrogen falls faster than testosterone which means that testosterone expresses itself more as we age.
