Hard to say.: Symptoms not likely related. Lumps in breast for male is unusual. With negative us / mmg suspect you are clear. Oily stools is unusual and if coupled by evidence of malnutrition would prompt eval for significant GI problems. As we get older, our estrogen declines and while testosterone declines as well, sometimes estrogen falls faster than testosterone which means that testosterone expresses itself more as we age.
