Need Oncologist: You have asked a thoughtful and important question. That has to be answered by a qualified oncologist. It is complicated and depends on protocols and full knowledge of your situation. If you are not sure of an answer from one oncologist get a second opinion from another. I am not an oncologist and not qualified to give the answer you deserve. ...Read more

To have a second opinion about the need of removing a fibroadenoma 5.5×5.2×2.4 CM with usual focal hyperplasia ductal in right breast. ?

Sure.: It's always OK to get a second opinion, especially when surgery is involved. See a breast surgeon. A breast mass measuring 5cm is quite large, and a biopsy only removes and tests a tiny piece of it. Without removing the whole mass, it's hard to know for sure that it's benign (not cancer). ...Read more

I'm 20 y/o f, I was wondering how my breast are supposed to feel? I do regular self exams. I feel a knot or is it like the milk duct things

Most experts do NOT: recommend breast self exams particularly at your age. Virtually no one age 20 has breast cancer, but everyone feels lumps.
