Possible ruptured: breast cyst or ?aspiration site bruise. Did your doctor try to deflate the breast mass with a needle. Sometime bruising can occur from wither mammography or the ultraound pressure. Lump and bruise: Sounds like the lump you are scheduled to have removed has changed. You should let your doctor know first thing tomorrow. If you had a biopsy already that can cause a bruise, one that can be delayed at appearing. Call your surgeon...it would be nice not to have to wait weeks. ...Read more

Mmg, u/s, breastexam: To best evaluate a newly noticed breast lump you should she your primary care doctor or gynecologist. A physical exam by your doctor as well as an ultrasound can tell a lot about the mass and a mammogram may b needed as well.
