Can excessive stimulation of the breast by obsessive examination or too big bra cause changes to size and color of areolas?
You might have: Some edema if the areolas are excessively manipulated. If skin is excoriated if may impact color. Bottom line - are you so excessive that you are causing significant trauma to your breasts? See you have anxiety. Is this a compulsive behavior? See you take xanax (alprazolam). Is it possible for nipples to change colors and have more visible veins in areola and breasts at five weeks pregnant?
Period 12/1-breast changes pregnancy test 1 week after expected period (negatif)-period 21/2-areola darkening (i think) neg test 4 days ago pregnant??
Too soon to test:
If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.

I don't have areolas. (Yes I know what it is) I have relatively small breasts 32B and I weigh 125 pounds. I've been the same size since I was 13.
Not a disease:
There are many variations on the size of the breast, nipples and areolae. Not having areolae is not a disease and would not affect any physiological function of the breast. I would recommend letting it be.
