Can excessive stimulation of the breast by obsessive examination or too big bra cause changes to size and color of areolas?

Bottom line - are you so excessive that you are causing significant trauma to your breasts? See you have anxiety. Is this a compulsive behavior? See you take xanax (alprazolam). You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine. ...Read more

I don't have areolas. (Yes I know what it is) I have relatively small breasts 32B and I weigh 125 pounds. I've been the same size since I was 13.
Not a disease: There are many variations on the size of the breast, nipples and areolae. Not having areolae is not a disease and would not affect any physiological function of the breast. I would recommend letting it be. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine. ...Read more
