Possible: Try gluten-free oat to see if causes the same symptoms. Even though you may not have the full-blown symptoms,and heart burn is not the usual symptoms in gluten intolerance, it cannot be totally ruled out. Milk & wheat allergy: Glutamate is a salt, gluten is a wheat protein... Since you ask about eating bread, i assume you are asking about gluten enteropathy, not monosodium glutamate(msg). Gluten sensitivity is not an allergy; people make iga; milk allergy involves ige, as does wheat allergy.
