Low probability: If u have had a CAT scan the brain &normal, then no tumor. Most physicians will not get CAT scan brain for lightheadedness as more common reasons include dehydration, stress reaction-which is very common and causes rises in adrenaline and cortisol which cause heart to beat faster and blood pressure to go up. I have been diagnosed with anxiety attacks but other than that i feel lightheaded 24/7 is that a sign i may have a brain tumor? So scared please help!

Try to relax ;-): Anxiety is a lot more common than a brain tumor, and anxiety is a better explanation for lightheadedness anyway. Treat your anxiety and see if the lightheadedness goes away — it probably will. You might also be hyperventilating, ie, breathing too much due to anxiety.
