Low probability: If u have had a CAT scan the brain &normal, then no tumor. Most physicians will not get CAT scan brain for lightheadedness as more common reasons include dehydration, stress reaction-which is very common and causes rises in adrenaline and cortisol which cause heart to beat faster and blood pressure to go up. Slow down; breathe: Feeling lightheaded is not a typical sign of brain tumor, but it can well be a sign of anxiety and some other conditions. Your family physician can do a good evaluation (including neurological), check bp, heart, etc plus any other indicated labs or diagnostic studies.
