When to worry about lightheadedness and brain tumors? Are there any other symptoms along with lightheadedness that represent warning signs?
I have occasional lightheadedness, and on other occasions I feel a head-rush similar to an adrenaline rush. I also sometimes have a tingling sensation in my feet and hands. Should I be worried about brain tumors or ALS? Or is this anxiety 101?

Try to relax ;-): Anxiety is a lot more common than a brain tumor, and anxiety is a better explanation for lightheadedness anyway. Treat your anxiety and see if the lightheadedness goes away — it probably will. You might also be hyperventilating, ie, breathing too much due to anxiety. Could be migraine: There are different types of headache- migraine and tension headaches are the most common ones. Unlikely: Brain tumors are uncommon in people your age, and a light-headed feeling isn't typically a symptom of one.
