I have occasional lightheadedness, and on other occasions I feel a head-rush similar to an adrenaline rush. I also sometimes have a tingling sensation in my feet and hands. Should I be worried about brain tumors or ALS? Or is this anxiety 101?

Need more info: Your complaints are common to many conditions both physical and psychological. It would take an exam and a detailed personal history to try to understand what is going on. Not otologic problem: I would strongly recommend a neurological consult. Anxiety is not a fair diagnosis. You need a thorough neurological evaluation and if that is negative, then anxiety may play a role. Light-headedness is not an inner ear symptom. ...Read more

I have been diagnosed with anxiety attacks but other than that i feel lightheaded 24/7 is that a sign i may have a brain tumor? So scared please help!

Try to relax ;-): Anxiety is a lot more common than a brain tumor, and anxiety is a better explanation for lightheadedness anyway. Treat your anxiety and see if the lightheadedness goes away — it probably will. You might also be hyperventilating, ie, breathing too much due to anxiety.
