The: The itching and pain could be from a fungal (yeast) infection localized to this area. You can try to use an over the counter vaginal yeast infection cream to the affected area twice a day for one to two weeks. If that does not work try vagisil cream. Again if no relief see your doctor because you should not have this kind of "discomfort."
lastly an enlarged clitoris could be secondary to increased male hormones (testosterone) however there should be no associated itching and pain.

No: Could it be that you accidentally bit the site where saw black spot. It may have been small bleed in the tissue that would disappear in a few days.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
