The brain in the form of a stroke or a bleed. That being said, the rate of complication from a coiling of an aneurysm is extremely low in experienced hands. ...Read more

I had a brain aneurysm clipped last year and i'm still having headaches. Shouldn't they be gone?

I had a brain aneurysm clipped last year and i'm still having headaches. Shouldn't they be gone?

Can a brain aneurysm change someone?

Yes: An aneurysm can cause a change in personality if it leaks or puts pressure on nearby brain tissue in the frontal lobes. It should be treated since it could rupture any time and be fatal.
