depends: Amino acids are building blocks of proteins. Back in the 70s, when an all liquid Amino Acid diets was a fad, there were excess deaths (eating exclusively amino acids), but if they're used as a supplement to normal food, they're no more harmful than eating a steak. Diarrhea?: It would be good to have more information to give an accurate opinion but I am going to guess you might be having some diarrhea. Most of the time it could be a virus or indigestion.
