Hi doctor. Can i eat mix powder of egg white powder, wheat germ powder, formula baby instead protein powder for volume muscle?
Sounds unpleasant...: To increase muscle mass you need to increase weights when you strength train. Adequate protein is important in your diet - but no concoction is going to give you the gains you want without you doing the work. I would suggest that lean meats would be a more appetizing way to meet the protein requirements. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
I take flp product containing stabilized aloevera gel, fructose, natural cranberry and apple juice, sorbitol, ascorbic and citric acids. What are uses?
Many uses: I'm curious why you're taking a product you don't know the use for. The active ingredient is aloe vera gel- everything else is for flavor or preservatives. Aloe vera has many proven health benefits- it helps reduce inflammation, lowers blood sugar & cholesterol, soothes inflamed GI tracts, etc. You might look for aloe with less added sugars. Also, methylcobalamin is much preferable over Cyanocobalamin for the b12. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Is it safe to take a multivitamin, probiotic, fish oil omega-3 supplement, apple cider vinegar, and psyllium husk for fiber together daily?
Yes: These are safe though I wouldn't take them all at once. I advise the multivitamin after breakfast, the probiotic at the start of a meal, the fish oil after lunch or dinner, apple cider vinegar in water separate from meals and the psyllium at bedtime. Some multivitamins are far better than others- see https://drrandybaker.com/2012/11/ and https://www.multivitaminguide.org/best-multivitamin.html ...Read more

I add 1 teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon powder to oats cereal everyday.Heard coumarin in cinnamon affects liver. Is my intake of cinnamon safe quantity?
YES-ceylon form safe: There are 2 forms of cinnamon, Ceylon (called true cinnamon),which has little coumarin, and Cassia, which has higher amounts of coumarin which in large quantities can cause liver damage in a subset of those who are sensitive. I can't find any info on whether 1 tsp of Cassia is considered a large quantity, but there's absolutely no reason to worry about Ceylon cinnamon.See http://tinyurl.com/cwmgeeh ...Read more
