Bowel Sounds Absent Silent Abdomen
This morning I heard this loud popping sound from left sidebof abdomen. Could it be bowel perforation, a little pain bur that's all.?
Highly unlikely: Bowel perforations are extremely painful and associated with a high fever. A loud pop could be from a subluxed rib or vertebral body on your spine, but not from a bowel perforation. ...Read more

Loud gurgling sounds in abdomen, had a small bowel movement and felt incomplete and still loud gurgling and now I'm panicking that something serious!
Not likely. Constant: Intestinal muscle waves of contraction, back & forth, called peristalsis, under both brain & local control, is what mixes the ~7 liters/day of water excreted from blood stream into intestines to mix with food into a thin watery soup; the motion both mixing digestive enzymes with/break-down food molecules & constantly changing intestinal wall exposure for selective absorption. Air in water gurgles. ...Read more

Abdominal sounds: Your stomach may growl when you're hungry. Also your intestines make sounds as food is moving through. They are hollow, and these sounds can echo through your abdomen like the sounds you hear from water pipes. Most of these are normal signs that your GI system is working. Lack of sounds heard at least by stethoscope is more worrisome. Talk with your doctor if concerned about this. ...Read more

If "slight" no!:
If your pain or loacal tenderness is "slight" not to worry. If the area is very sensitive or hurts when you breathe better get it check out. A fractures rib in that area can hurt the liver!
