I'm having crazy bowel movements when I go it comes out like small flakes in one go and quite quick aswell been like that for two weeks now ?

Do Anal fissures heal on their own? I think I have a small one, it only hurts if you touch it or when I have bowel movements.
Anal fissures: Yes, they typically heal on their own. Try to keep the rectal area scrupulously clean. Using a sitz bath after bm can help with that level of cleanliness. Moist towelettes are another option. Keep bm soft. Avoid touching with fingers so you can limit the amount of extra bacteria introduced, though that area already has exposure to bacteria from body waste. Might eating very small amounts throughout the day cause very few bowel movements or constipation?
Depends: As long as u include fruits, veggies & fiber it should help. Also u must remain well hydrated. The lower bowel or colon reabsorbs fluid from the toll & if ur body says hey i need water, the colon is going 2 respond by extracting more water & make u more constipated. Well hydrated can b seen in ur urine. If it is dark u need water, hydrate until almost clear. Dietitian consult would b a good idea. ...Read more
