Add water to diet: You may have the fiber, but you need to increase water/flluid intake otherwise the fiber will bulk up stool too much. Maybe nothing: It is normal to poop every day to every other day. Look at her diet. If she eats a lot of dairy or bananas in particular that can bind her a little. "p" fruits make us poop.
