Are there any medications/ herbs/ supplements one can take to repair gut lining in cases with irritable bowel syndrome?
You are correct that many with ibs have an inflamed gut lining (leaky gut syndrome). Try to find the cause- it could be due to medications, alcohol, yeast, unfriendly bacteria, parasites, food allergies etc.
Once these are addressed, there are many supps that can help the gut to heal like glutamine, dgl, marshmallow root & slippery elm. See http://www. Stopleakygut. Com/healing & my comment for more. ...Read more

On 23rd dctr did u/s n told may b I m pregnant as my ovary lining is thick. Periods was due on 29th but got today on 1st. What did she see then? Any problem
Uterine lining: What your doctor likely saw was a thickened uterine lining. The ovary doesn't have a 'lining' per se. The ovary makes a follicle (a small cyst where the egg was released from), but the uterus is where the lining is made in preparation for a fertilized egg. Thick linings are also very normal right before a period, so the 2 could easily look the same. Hope that helps! ...Read more

My daughter is 7 yrs old. Could she have a bowel problem she is always having bm in her under pants?
Yes: This problem can be caused by constipation actually. When the hard stool stops up and stretches the intestines, only loose bowel movements can pass.
