I wouldn't.: Two issues. One, quite frankly, after the colon is "cleansed", you eat, make poop and it's dirty again so there's really no permanent solution there. You don't need it: Your colon keeps itself clean naturally. If someone tells you that you may feel sick because of "toxic bowel settlement" or something similar and that you need a fancy laxative or bizarre enema, ignore that person. Please be careful.
