Yes: I'm not sure what the "sudden bowel change" is but a change in stool consistency can irritate internal or external hemorrhoids. Also changes in the bowels with blood can be associated with inflammatory bowel diseases (eg crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis) or cancer. Colon Ca,,: If one gets fatgued, it could be from lack of nutritional intake and so there are less bowel movements with less excreted. A big concern is if there is fatigue coupled with a change in bowel habits, movements, frequency, etc., which could mean colon cancer or some other cancer, like pancreatic cancer. This may be IBD: mucus and diarrhea is usually a phenomenon of inflammation of bowel. The colonoscope is designed to examine the colon for tumor and can reach terminal ileum but can visualize above it.
